1. General information and identification

This website encuentaspagadas.com (hereinafter, «the Platform») is owned by its operator (hereinafter, «the Company»), domiciled in Spain.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, «the Terms») govern access to and use of the Platform, which consists of an intermediation service between users and market research and paid survey platforms.

Accessing, registering on or using the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the service.

Acceptance of these Terms is mandatory to complete registration. People under 18 may not register or use the service.

3. Registration and user account

3.1 Requirements

• Be over 18 years of age.
• Be a natural person residing in a country covered by the survey providers.
• Have a valid and active email address.
• Have a PayPal account in your name in order to withdraw earnings.

3.2 Account uniqueness

Each user may have only one active account. Creating multiple accounts in order to obtain additional advantages constitutes fraud and will result in a permanent block and the loss of any accumulated balance.

3.3 Accuracy of data

The user undertakes to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information during registration and in the demographic profile. Falsifying data may lead to the cancellation of the account without payment of the pending balance.

4. How the service works

Encuestas Pagadas acts as an intermediary between the user and external survey providers (among others: BitLabs, CPX Research, TheoremReach, Timewall, inBrain, AdGate Media, AyeT-Studios). The Platform neither creates the surveys nor determines their availability.

4.1 Survey availability

Survey availability depends exclusively on the external providers and varies according to the user’s profile, country of residence, time of day and available inventory. The Platform does not guarantee a minimum number of surveys at any time.

4.2 Qualification and disqualification

Providers may disqualify a user at any point of a survey if they do not match the required profile. Disqualifications after a partial response may result in a small compensation at the provider’s discretion.

4.3 Rejections and adjustments

Providers may cancel or adjust the payment of a previously credited survey if they detect inconsistent responses, fraud or breach of their own conditions. In such cases, the Platform will make the corresponding adjustment to the user’s balance.

5. Remuneration and payment system

5.1 Balance accumulation

Earnings from completed surveys are initially credited as pending balance (NET30), which becomes available balance once the 30-day settlement period has elapsed, during which the provider may make adjustments.

5.2 Withdrawing funds

• Minimum withdrawal: €50.00
• Payment method: PayPal only
• PayPal fees: borne by the user
• Processing time: up to 7 business days from the request

5.3 Currency

All amounts are shown in euros (EUR). Surveys from providers operating in other currencies are automatically converted applying the European Central Bank exchange rate in force at the time of the callback.

5.4 Taxes

The user is responsible for declaring the earnings obtained through the Platform to the tax authorities of their country of residence, where the applicable regulations so require. The Platform does not act as a tax withholding agent.

6. Daily streak and bonuses

The Platform may offer bonuses for continued activity («daily streak»). These bonuses are:

• Discretionary and may be modified or removed at any time.
• Not an acquired right or a contractual obligation.
• Lost if activity is interrupted during the established period or if fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Demographic profile

To access surveys, the user must complete their demographic profile (year of birth, gender, country and postal code). The user’s email and username are also shared with the survey providers for their unique identification on those platforms.

This data is shared with the survey providers solely to determine the user’s eligibility, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Providing false demographic data to access surveys for which the real profile is not met constitutes fraud and may lead to the cancellation of the account.

8. User obligations

The user undertakes to:

• Answer surveys honestly, thoughtfully and consistently.
• Not share or sell their access to the Platform.
• Keep their profile data and PayPal account up to date.
• Not use automated tools, bots, scripts or extensions to complete surveys.
• Report any balance or transaction error through the contact email.
• Comply with the applicable legislation in their country of residence.

9. Prohibited conduct and fraud

The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts with your own or third parties’ data.
• Using VPNs, proxies or any tool to falsify geographic location.
• Answering surveys randomly or inconsistently in order to complete them faster.
• Attempting to manipulate the callback system or balance crediting.
• Sharing access credentials with third parties.
• Using other people’s identity data.

The detection of any of these behaviours will result in the immediate blocking of the account and the loss of the accumulated balance, without prejudice to any legal action that may be appropriate.

10. Account suspension and cancellation

10.1 By the user

The user may request the deletion of their account at any time by contacting us. The available balance (not pending) equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal will be paid prior to deletion.

10.2 By the Platform

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account in the following cases:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Detection of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Inactivity of more than 24 months.
• Request from the survey provider itself.

In the event of cancellation for fraud, the accumulated balance will be withheld and may be permanently cancelled after a 30-day claim period.

11. Limitation of liability

The Platform is not responsible for:

• The availability, content or payment of the external providers’ surveys.
• Service interruptions due to technical causes beyond our control.
• Losses arising from misuse of the account by the user.
• Exchange rate variations affecting the final amount paid.
• Delays in PayPal payments once processed by the Platform.

The Platform’s maximum liability towards the user is limited to the available balance accumulated in their account at the time of the incident.

12. Intellectual property

All Platform content (design, texts, logos, code, images) is the property of the Company or is used under licence. Its reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.

The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights over the Platform content by registering or using it.

13. Communications and emails

Upon registering, the user may choose to receive communications from the Platform (news, newly available surveys, offers). This subscription is voluntary and can be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each email or by contacting us.

Transactional emails (withdrawal confirmation, balance alerts) will always be sent regardless of the subscription preference, as they are necessary for the provision of the service.

14. Mobile app (PWA)

The Platform offers a progressive web app (PWA) installable on mobile devices. This app:

• Does not require downloading from app stores.
• Can send push notifications if the user grants the corresponding permission.
• Works with limited connectivity thanks to the Service Worker cache.

The user can uninstall the PWA at any time from their device settings. Notification permissions can be revoked from the browser settings.

15. Changes to the terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through:

• Notice on the Platform at the time of access.
• Email to registered users (if subscribed to communications).

If the user continues to use the Platform after the changes are published, they will be deemed to accept them. Otherwise, they must request the deletion of their account.

16. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, both parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile when the user is a consumer, in accordance with the consumer protection regulations in force.
