To assign you surveys we need to know a few things about you. And because that data is yours, European law gives you full control over it. What data of yours we handle (and what we do not)

We apply the principle of data minimisation: we only ask for what is essential to assign you studies. Your demographic profile is four fields: year of birth, gender, country and postcode. We do not need — or ask for — your bank account, your ID document or passwords to other services. Payments run through PayPal, so your financial data never passes through us.

The industry follows professional standards from bodies like ESOMAR, which require that separation between research data and your identity. We share your demographic profile with the study providers only with your explicit consent, something we explain clearly, not hidden on page 40 of the terms.
